Delivery timelines are estimates only. Faces/Phases is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Faces/Phases operates a strict 3-day return policy. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are non-returnable
