All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

We offer reliable shipping across Ghana. Delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery times may vary between 7–14 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, courier disruptions, or customs inspections.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Faces/Phases is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
