Our return and refund policy for Faces/Phases

3-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@facesphases.com .

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items, custom or personalized pieces, gift cards, and worn or altered items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
